VAN MORRISON

Today I flew to Geneva in Switzerland, the birthplace of my favourite Philosopher, Jean-Jacques Rousseau and on to Montreux to see Van give another of his superlative performances.

Northern Irish singer and songwriter Van Morrison is considered as a true music innovator, whose incantatory vocals and alchemical fusion of R&B, jazz, blues, and Celtic folk make him one of the most critically acclaimed artist nowadays. Some of his recordings, such as Astral Weeks, Moondance and the live album It’s Too Late to Stop Now contributed to the success of this 6 times Grammy Award winning artist.
