Tomorrow, Tomorrow

The Zapotec women of Tehuantepec.

The World will not end, of course, tomorrow…but I do think we will enter a more enlightened Age. My given name by the American Indians is Te-Wan-Te-Pec, the pronunciation by the Mexican people of Tehuantepec, the centre of Zapotec matriarchal culture..

Now the reason the Lakota leaders gave me this name was because of my interest in the Cruthin, the ancient British who were the first people of Ireland and whose culture was also matriarchal. Tomorrow will merely be tomorrow, but in honour of my Indian friends I will designate the day as the day the Cruthin returned..
